Today im showing up with a bit of a more chill video. I've been under a bit of stress lately and kinda crashed today, anyways i didn't want to let the rest of the day go to waste and decided on trying to feel better - with much sucsess. Yoga and meditation are always my favourite selfcare habits to ground me again after a bad/stressful day/week. But after taking time and effort for myself i feel ready to tackle the Week ahead.
