TB before you get Super busy before Hunting and Snow season is it possible if you have time for you to do a video of your equipment storage garage and Maybe perhaps your mountain hunting retreat/ cabin. That would be Sweet. Thanks

I am already maxed out and I don’t even hunt. lol I did not get any work done on my camp because I spent the summer working on my house instead. I will try to get a quick video of the garage sometime soon.

How many hours do you have on the 6430’s now? I can’t remember when I first found your channel off the top of my head but they must have a fair bit with the year round use. If I may ask, do you see yourself getting 6130R’s to replace them someday or plan on running these a good long while to avoid the DEF and other emissions components? I love browsing tractor house and the money people want for any of the modern 30 series Deer’s is crazy!

both 6430 tractors have right around 800 hours. I don’t run them a lot, I try to do everything I can with the skid steers or the big loader. I have no plans to replace any of my tractors with newer series because of emissions. all my equipment is def free I plan on keeping it that way as long as possible. I could look at new equipment everyday, I really want to check out the new case skid steer with the dozzer blade.

TB I hurt my back real bad and the surgery just about crippled me so I haven’t been around any of the DEF/emissions equipped iron as an operator so I only know that I’ve heard good and bad about it. 800 hours isn’t even close to broke in;) I hear you about that new machine, I cut my teeth on a Case dozer so I’ve always had a soft spot for them and that new skid-dozer(?) That they launched looks like a hell of a machine. The only tracked Case skid steer I’ve ran was a 450CT we rented for a few weeks years back and that thing was a beast! I really like the big Takeuchi skids I’ve ran sonIntend to use those as my benchmark for tracked skids but that Case really impressed the hell out of me so I can only hope the new machine there is everything it looks to be. I can’t remember but doesn’t it have like 1000lbs heavier rated lifting capacity then any of the other large tracked skid steers?

@@2009deerejohn I have a case 1845c and a case 445ct and as long as parts are available I’ll keep running them. To each his own but I love Case skid steers, I have run several other brands but there is something about Case. The new Case DL550B is what I’m waiting to get my hands on.

TB Man the 1845’s are hard to beat for reliability, they just plain run forever it seems!Although I never quite cared for the bucket and boom controls being on the steering sticks in them because the first skid steers I ever ran were Takeuchi and Cat’s so I’m used to the left lever doing all the driving and the right doing the bucket. I have run a few with the hand and foot controls as well and for whatever reason I just can’t make it do what I want it to do, lol! I feel the same about case backhoe’s, I can hop between Deere and Cat controls without needing more then a couple minutes to get back used to it but I just have never had the time to really practice the 4 lever/foot swing Case controls and they make me look like it’s my first day on the sticks, lol. My family had a great relationship with our Case dealer too, Beauregard Equipment was nothing short of excellent to work with over the years and as much of a Deere fan as I am if I was to ever be in a position to buy my own equipment they certainly would be a place I’d want to partner with

they are dangerous for sure. I have seen the mower head throw rocks the size of softballs 100 yards. i always keep the deck facing away from the tractor unless it is down in a ditch line below the tractor. I have not broken anything yet🤞

I take it that once the boom mower is on the tractor it stays on for a while? It looks like a pain in the rear end to mount and un-mount.

yeah I put it on and it stays on for a month or so. I have not had any big jobs where I need both boom mowers mounted at the same time so that saves some work. it takes me about 2 and a half hours to put on and take off one setup but they are pretty simple to work with.

@@TB-jj9tu I thought the boom mower would stay on the tractor for a while, doesn't make sence to put it on for a day or two then take it off. I also noticed the the tractor has a Eurpean style 3 point hatch.

@@bradleyfitkin4141 I love the hook style hitches, I have the standard hitch on my 5095M and it takes twice as long to hook into an implement. The hook style you can simply back into the implements lift them a few inches and both lower arms are done. All you hook up by hand is the top link, pto and other lines. Both 6430 tractors were special ordered and built in Mannheim Germany.
