Fail to add that heavily spiking your insulin causes visceral fat gain and vascular damage that in turn raises your LDL cholesterol to try repair the damage causing plaque build-up. So if you follow this advice regularly then your on the way to heart disease and death even if you do everything else in your lifestyle spot on.

I didn’t see any peer reviews though so take with a grain of salt. I have seen other studies that mention repeated glucose spikes are incredibly unhealthy in the long run. I’m just too lazy to go back and find them.

Hmmm. Well, I think that's great that you're able to do 2 sessions of HIIT cardio sprints per week. But research has shown that most people are not able to do that without getting way too fatigued for their workouts throughout the week and a high chance of injury.

He more than likely hasn't always been but right now yeah I would say he is man. He's 6' and roughly 190lbs, me and him weigh the same and I'm only 5'7", definitely a size difference between but size wise he really isn't too big and his body fat percentage is lower than mine. He's lean but his muscle mass and vein structure does not look like a roid user. I think he's super disciplined in what he does. Don't get me wrong I do not believe he was always natty but currently yea I believe he is. Just supplements and diet for him

@@SuperhumanTroy Not certain about Kinobody - squats and deadlifts build an appetite as they should I am shredding now and use bodyweight only exercises on my quads since I started doing that I notice my appetite is not raging and its easier now to maintain low calories as in the past it was brutal.

So I'm curious bc I'm doing keto and intermittent fasting and I'm keeping my carb count low I heard it's not good to spike your insulin it'll lead to weight gain but you're saying it is good to do so by eating those gummy bears I'm confused

Yeah… it’s anabolic post workout and will help you retain and even possibly gain muscle even when shredding… just make sure you’re in an overall deficit for the day

The insulin is great after a workout, it will shuttle nutrients into your muscles. I do keto and fast except for around my workouts just before and right after I have shakes with some banana or oatmeal, or I will eat one of those thin waffle sandwich things. The longer you are on keto the faster you will get back into ketosis

You can also get a big spike by adding leucine to your post workout shake and eaa’s will help enhance protein utilization. I will tell you that leucine is revolting but suck it down

Dude, no drama, Respect and nothing bad BUT PLEASE: don’t be the ultimate one on something over and over again, thrown from years here and there; and I’d not write and think to be “shredded” when your shape is so far from being really that and it’s just a term used in this game.( shred..peeled..ripped to the bone and so on : just words of a slang ..But to reach really a condition “to be shredded” is else, harder and not for everyone….) Stay busy and keep on grinding.

So I see what you're saying. What I believe is he is currently natty. He does not have the body of a user currently. I think he has used things to help him along the way but at this point in time I really believe he's natty. I have seen natty competitors, where testing is involved and he shares a similar body but it's a little less lean

Just looking at troy I can't see that's he's using because if he is, he's not using to his full advantage imo. Me and him are the same weight at 190 but he's got 5inches on me in height. I'm bigger and probably stronger but he's leaner because he diets and I don't really care to. But even all bulk my veins pop when I workout so when I see him all I see is like if I actually dieted this is how I would look lean. I just don't believe he's using man, his muscle mass isn't there. Not knocking him because he's doing great but I don't see it.
