That looks hard!! So I’ll be learning sit fly when I go to Ifly soon (just got signed off on L2 skills) is sit fly hard to learn?

Its very unbalanced and you really have to lean back on the wind so it does all of the work for you, never let your hips come forwards when you're learning even when you're trying to stand up etc, you'll launch yourself across the tunnel 😅 as you get more stable, you'll start to be able to fly without your hand mainly using your legs and your back, really push your head and shoulders back because you don't want to wear your arms out. If you have more questions, lemme know :)

@@WigglyFlies yeah I did some sitfly the other day and it was unbalanced and awkward. Especially at lower speeds to learn getting off the net can be difficult. When do you recommend getting a tighter suit? I’ve might of asked this before but idk 😂

@@Emme.C I personally like tighter suits because they have less tendency to pull your limbs out from under you and also they don't wear out your arms as much. The tradeoff is in a tight suit, every adjustment you make will be much touchier and faster because you require a higher speed so you have to control your fine movements. Also because of the tight suit, the wind feels "slippery" and although you'll be using a higher speed, your body/legs will be getting the most wind and your arms and lower legs will have less power. Most iFlys have flight school suits which are tighter than the beginner ones, do you know if your tunnel has one?

@@Emme.C that would be a good way to get into a tighter suit without spending $500-$1500 on a suit lol
