Although this video is focusing on new riders in Ontario Canada, the basic principals on how to prepare for your motorcycle written test is the same across provinces. You can find practice tests for a number of Canadian provinces listed here: www.drivingtest.ca/motorcycle...
How do you go about getting your motorcycle license in Ontario, Canada?
1) Review the official MTO Motorcycle Handbook for free here: www.ontario.ca/document/offic... OR purchase/download a copy here: www.publications.gov.on.ca/th...
2) Once you have studied, test your knowledge by taking free online tests here: www.drivingtest.ca/ontario-m1... . You will want to make sure that you are confident in passing both the tests labelled as "Signs" and the ones labelled as "Rules".
Once you complete your M1 written test successfully, you can immediately take a ministry approved motorcycle safety course to qualify for your M2 license. Or, you can wait until 60 days have passed and take your road test at a Drive Test Center. Either way, a Drive Test Center needs to upgrade your license to an M2, and if you pass your course before 60 days have passed you will have to wait to upgrade your license. The course certificate is only valid for 6 months, so don't delay upgrading your license!
