Hey man, just out of curiosity with wingsuits. Seems you jump out right over Yolo, then have to do a circle flying North-East-South since you cover so much ground. Why that rather than jumping way upwind/downwind of the LZ and tracking towards it? *I'm starting my AFF there in May, your videos are great for studying ground reference points. Seems most skydivers always cut their videos after canopy deployment, so thanks. Hope to meet you eventually. **The gunfire after landing always gives me a chuckle.

The main reasons are for fuel efficiency and so the plane can quickly turn loads, and it also allows for multiple wingsuit groups to organize flight paths without fear conflicting airspace. With the right coordination and approval from the dzo and pilot we can take longer spots, farther away from the DZ and then fly straight in.
