9:31 .. tomato purée or grated dudhi added to cheela batter makes it very moist & soft Rice flour can also be added to batter .. it will give it some nice crispness Yes .. missed your vlogs!! ♥️

Mai kadahi paneer banane me bahut mehnat karti hu,lekin pani jyada dal deti hu,shayad isi karan utna maja nahi aata tha.Yese hi ab banaungi.Easy&Tasty.Mai to din me kai bar aapki nai video search karti rahti hun.jab mil jata hai khush ho jati hun

Ghee ko ubalne k bad dhanda kar k fridge m rakh dijiye phir ghee uper jam jayega........jamne k bad usme AK hole karke Pani nikal dijiye phir ghee garam karke paka lijiye.....is tarah jaldi ghee Banta h......gas ki bhi bachat hoti h .....

Aap malai maithoda sa dahi ka jaman lga dia kro...isse makhan nikalne ke baad jo reh jata hai use hi buttermilk /chach bolte hain...very healthy...dahi vali chach se 100times better..Hmare Ayurveda mai isi ko peene ko bolte hain....usse kadi bhi bnai jaati hai...hmare yahan isi ka use hota hai..curd ka nhi

Nice vlog All time favorite hai sabki kadai paneer👌👌 Aap cooking kartey samay milk boil karti hai , Sorry but mujhe bahut darr lagta hai ki kahi milk fut na jae salty item bantey samay, cheetey na pad jae. Makhan bnane k baad us Pani ko fenke nhi.wahi chaanch hai.usse ap kadi,bhature ya phr usme sugar ya phr salt,black paper,black salt,jeera powder mila k pi sakte hain.next time di bhuliyega nhi.😊
