I have already posted this recipe on the same channel 10 years back. Today we will make a few changes in it. There is no fresh cream, butter or milk in the cream of the cake. This is very easy and simple recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 2 drops Vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp Coffee powder
• 2 tsp Water
• 1 cup Maida
• 3 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/4 cup Coffee powder
• 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup Water
• Vanilla essence
• Chocolate crush
Method:
• Remove the whistle and rubber ring of the cooker.
• Close the lid and preheat the cooker on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• You can add a thin layer of salt or baking soda at the base of the cooker.
• Take the cake tin and grease it really good with oil.
• Take sugar in a bowl and add water, oil and mix well.
• Add vanilla essence and mix well.
• Dissolve coffee in water and add.
• Mix everything well together.
• Place a sieve on the bowl and add maida, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
• Mix well and sieve the mixture into the bowl.
• Mix everything well together using fold and cut method.
• Add lemon juice and mix well.
• You can use white vinegar in place of lemon juice.
• Transfer the mixture into the baking tray and tap the tin really good.
• Take the preheated cooker and place an empty pot and a plate on it at the base.
• Place the cake tin on it and close the lid.
• Bake on medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.
• In a bowl take coffee powder and add powdered sugar, water, vanilla essence.
• Beat on low speed first for about a minute.
• Beat on high speed for about 2 minutes until it becomes stiff.
• You can beat the mixture with hand or in mixer chutney jar too.
• Transfer the bowl into freeze to set.
• Turn off the gas and let the cake be in the cooker for about 10 minutes.
• Open the cooker and check with toothpick. If it comes out clean it means cake is baked well.
• Take the cake tin out and let the cake cool down completely.
• Loosen the edges with a knife and flip the cake over into a dish.
• Turn over the cake and spread the cream on it.
• Garnish with chocolate crush and eggless chocolate cake is all ready.
