Ingredients,
Kaddu ki sabji,
1 +1/2 kg. pumpkin (kaddu)
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp fenugreek seed
1/2 tsp asofotida
1 bay leaf
2 red chilli
1/2 tsp turmaric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriender powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1+1/2 tsp salt
50 gm jaggery
1+1/2 tsp amchoor powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
freshly chopped coriender leaves
For lauki kheer,
2 cup grated bottlegaurd (lauki)
1 lt. milk
2 tbsp custurd powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp green cardmom powder
chopped dryfruits Almond, cashewnuts, foxnuts, raisen, dry coconut
For kachori,
3 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup urad dal
1/2 cup moong dal
1 green chilli
1 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin seed
salt
1/2 tsp asofotida
2 tbsp oil
water as required
