I made a delicious cinnamon roll that is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
It is fun to unpack and eat one layer at a time, like gift wrapping.
I think you can use it as a birthday cake.

✤ Dough ingredients
- 300g Bread flour
- 140ml Warm milk
- 1(55g) Room temperature egg (weight including shell)
- 45g Melted unsalted butter
- 20g Sugar
- 5g Salt
- 4g Instant dry yeast
✤ filling
- 50g Room temperature unsalted butter
- 70g Brown sugar
- 4g Cinnamon powder
✤ Cream Cheese Frosting
- 70g Room temperature cream cheese
- 25g Room temperature unsalted butter(optional)
- 30g Sugar powder
- 3g Vanilla essence (optional)
- 10g Milk (optional)
✤ Toppings
- Sliced almonds (optional)
✤ TIP
- I made it in a 23cm round mold, but there is some dough left.
(Amount for 3 normal sized cinnamon buns)
- Even if baked in a flat pan, the shape does not change, so there is no need for a circular mold.
- Instead of cream cheese frosting, you can make a glaze by mixing only (sugar powder + milk) and sprinkling on donuts.
- After kneading, double fermentation (1 hour), sprinkle with cinnamon filling and ferment twice (15 minutes), after shaping
1.5 times fermentation (10 minutes) time may vary depending on the temperature environment.
