You can’t win them all! 😅 For those of you who are out there thinking about making a GIANT Crème brûlée cake, and contemplating making the top of it actual Crème brûlée instead of fondant, I’ve made that mistake so you don’t have to! 🙈
This cake was going so good, I think the dish looks very realistic, and the cake inside was super delicious 🍰 But then I thought I'd try to add my Crème brûlée recipe to the top of my l fondant and gumpaste covered cake. BIG MISTAKE!!
