Sand cookie recipe that looks pretty and tastes good
*ingredient
-butter dough
135g room temperature butter
100g powdered sugar
55 g room temperature eggs
2g salt
3g vanilla extract
(Total weight of butter dough is about 280g)
- Matcha Cookies
5mm thick (about 24-26 cookies)
4mm thick (about 32-34 cookies)
140 g butter dough
133g cake flour
6g matcha powder
1g baking powder
-choco cookie
5mm thick (about 24-26 cookies)
4mm thick (about 32-34 cookies)
140 g butter dough
133g cake flour
7g cocoa powder
1g baking powder
- Ganache
100g dark chocolate (62% cacao content)
100g milk chocolate (33% cacao content)
130g fresh cream
*If you put the cookie dough in a zipper bag (22cm * 25cm) and push it out, you can make 24~26 cookies with a thickness of 5mm.
*If you put the cookie dough in a zipper bag (25cm * 30cm) and push it out, you can make 32~34 cookies with a thickness of 4mm.
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
Preheat at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
Bake for 11-12 minutes at 160 degrees (5mm thick cookies)
Bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes (4mm thick cookies)
(The temperature is slightly different for each oven, so match the temperature of the oven you are using)
