I went on a trip a few years ago to East Asia. Saw Maverick Carter at the Atlanta airport and RJ at San Fran airport. Just said what's up to both of them and the difference in character was mind blowing. RJ, almost 2 decade NBA veteran, NBA champ was as nice and humble as can be. Mav acted like acknowledging and saying what's up was a chore. Those are the type of situations where you see a person's real character. Respect to RJ, hes a real one.

36:05 in Europe with our sports we have academies, for example in football (soccer) a Team/Club will have developmental teams starting from age 5 till age 21. The players get treated like pro athletes, they train the same drills, they learn the same schemes and are taught at the same level as the pro’s. I think American sports should also adopt that. I like what the NBA is doing with the G-League but they definitely have a ways to go.
