Make your Ginataang Halo Halo Recipe at home. You and your family will love it!
Ingredients:
* For the bilo-bilo - 1 cup glutinous rice flour and 1 cup water.
Note: Add more flour until it's soft and not sticky.
* 1 pc each of yellow, orange, and violet kamote (sweet potato)
* 4 pcs saging na saba or saba bananas
* 3 cans coconut milk
* 2 cups water
* 1/3 cup small sago
* jackfruit (store-bought - in bottles)
* 3/4 cup white sugar
Procedure:
1. In a pot, put the coconut milk and water. Stir. Simmer under medium to
low heat.
2. Add the sugar and sago. Mix to dissolve the sugar.
3. Combine the kamote. Cook until it's almost tender.
4. Prepare the bilo-bilo.
5. Check the kamote. Pierce if it's tender. Add the bilo bilo.
6. Put the saba bananas and simmer.
7. Lastly, add the jackfruit strips. Mix, then turn off the heat.
8. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy it with your family!
