In this video we will teach you how to make gingerbread dough.
🎄Ginger dough recipe:
Honey 280g (can be replaced with inert syrup, but with honey the gingerbread has a longer shelf life)
Sugar 170g
Oil SL 210g
Soda 8g (1 tsp)
Eggs 2 pcs
cinnamon 16g (3 tsp)
ginger 10g (2 tsp)
cloves 2 g (0.5 tsp)
cardamom 2 g (0.5 tsp) - optional
nutmeg 2 g (0.5 tsp)
Flour 680 gr
Bake at 180°. Baking time depends on the size of the gingerbread and your oven. Small gingerbreads from 7 minutes. Medium-sized gingerbread cookies 10-12 min. The edge of the gingerbread should be nicely browned.
Can be stored for up to a year in a tightly closed bag or container.
