This is an interview with Veronica, a.k.a. Verawnica on Instagram and TikTok. We discuss the damage veganism did to her, how she healed on a diet filled with raw animal foods, raw vs cooked food, whether salt is healthy or not, great health practices, exercise, the differences between men and women, and much more. I hope you enjoy. Veronica's TikTok - @Verawnica www.tiktok.com/@verawnica Veronica's Instagram - instagram.com/verawnicaa/

Her saying obyiously raw liver doesnt taste good makes me think. Because i sometimes dont like the taste, and i always thought its because its not fresh or the animal is not perfectly healthy. When i get it fresh from the butchery it tastes better. Why does the best food not taste incredible??? Any thoughts?

Great interview. I agree with most of it. The only thing I would have added to the wonderful things she said... Is that life doesn't always allow for men and woman to always assume their specific God given roles. What I specifically mean by this... is that some men are disabled and handicapped or sick with life- long illnesses and disabilities that are permanent. I agree with her view of men vs women's roles as long as both are healthy physically and mentally. I believe the emphasis should be on strengths n weaknesses... based on each individuals mental, physical, and spiritual condition and that both parties should help the other regardless of the need. Great interview, though ! Loved it ! I'm 54 years old and have serious mental and physical disabilities, so please forbear my input. Nevertheless, God has brought a wonderful fiance into my life where it seems like most of our strengths and weaknesses make us a good match altogether. Blessings to you. Oh yeah... almost forgot. I believe strongly that (real n natural) salt is good for us. I think the problem is moreso not enough potassium... so I'm glad I drink lots of raw milk.

Might be that your body has a hard time producing gastric acid. Could also be a fatigued liver. You could try eating more alkaline food (not together with the meat of course), but fatigue is a natural response to eating a meal, so I don't think you have a problem.

Your body is tired after because it’s using most of your energy to help heal you. Aajonus talks about this a lot in his Q&As. Some people need more healing than others. Rest as much as you can to promote the healing. Naps and lots of sleep. Read We want to Live and listen to Aajonuss workshops and QAs.

@@ExcellentHealth Sorry, but you look quite scraggly. Normally people would say that the average vegan is skinny and weak, but I keep bumping into young men and women who eat a plant-based diet and are pretty buff. I also noticed that people who eat too much, if not exclusively, meat tend to take themselves too seriously and to be quite uncreative. But the cliché the masses seem to believe in would depict carnivores as strong and smart and vegans as effeminate and boring. I guess you'll disagree. And yet. . . .

You’re free to say so, but are you basing your opinion off of this video alone? A bad hair day doesn’t tell you a lot about a persons health, nor does my webcam. As long as you’re not underweight, muscle gained from resistance exercise tells you nothing about health. Base your opinion off of this: kzitem.info/news/bejne/ooqZz4RjonuWh20feature=shared Taking oneself seriously and being creative are two different attributes, the latter being a skill. The former is related to mental-emotional patterns. Both have nothing to do with a specific food. They’re usually influenced positively through good health practices.

I read a book by a biologist on the development of human cognition. he speculated that early sapiens could have used shrooms as a ritualistic practice: but there's evidence that shrooms facilitate novel neuronal connections (think about how you see sounds and hear colors - the brain is connecting new pathways) his conclusion was that it's possible that using shrooms facilitated the (on a biological scale) rapid increase in cognitive capabilities in humankind. i have first hand experience of using them to change my thought patterns. they're very potent - though i was getting very anxious micro dosing.

Interesting. Ultimately, meditation and shrooms do the same thing. They dissolve preconceived notions within your experience which leads to freedom.

if i get "foodborn illness" from eating raw meat or drinking raw milk, what should i do? Should i just wait that the symptoms go away or should i seek medical attention or should i eat something for it?
