I’m here for this! I need to get my health in tip too shape (immune system) and it is recommended to eat anti-inflammatory foods, no processed foods and little to no sugar. Only natural sugars from fruits and even then they have to be fruits low in sugars like berries kiwis etc. True dark chocolate is a must for my sugary cravings
