Gisela Romero is an American Visual Artist born in Venezuela and living and working in Orlando, FL, who focuses her artwork on drawings in any format and surfaces, she is interested in working in Community Art Projects and Public Art. Romero has been teaching Art since 1985 in different Cultural Institutions such as the Instituto de Diseño Fundación Neumman, Simón Bolívar University, Cruz Diez Museum of Art, Instituto de Arte Armando Reverón and Osceola Arts, Kissimmee, FL. Her education includes an MFA from Pratt Institute, New York, BFA with honors from the California College of Arts, Oakland, CA, and Graphic Design from the Instituto de Diseño, Fundación Neumman, Caracas.
