I like your videos so much I'm going to use them to teach English with, if that is okay with you. Your perfect RP and effortless and typically British sense of humour will delight my students.

Wow, what a really kind thing to write. Thank you! Delighted and very flattered you'd like to use my videos. It may also help me get to the magic first 1000 subscribers, which would be great (the more subscribers, the more companies send me interesting things to review).

I like when I type random crap in youtube and find someone new to sub to. This week was replacing my crap breville toaster and decided to type Glass toaster into youtube and stumbled upon you. Legendary review loved the fire made me sub for that effort 👍

I've used a cheap toaster like that one for a decade by now and it's still functioning just as good as new. Was looking to get a glass front toaster but I just can't justify spending $300 on a toaster that does the same jobb as my 10 year old toaster that cost $15.

Just bumped into your video after looking for one about repairing a Magimix Toaster 2. And I'm happy I did. I mean "bumped into you". Well, not really you but you get the idea. Like Dew Hope stated one year ago, "your perfect RP and effortless and typically British sense of humour" is delightful. And I'm sure going to look for the other ones. Have a great one!

Great enthusiasm, and about a toaster! How long before the glass scorches?
@arlo.guthrie

Thank you. It doesn’t scorch, and if it gets marked, it’s really easy to clean. The glass sides pop open.

But does it take a full size slice of Toastie bread without the top sticking out? I've not found one yet that does, including expensive ones.

Not sure what Toastie bread is, but if you tell me the dimensions, I'll tell you if it fits. Would be surprised if it didn't, as big slices of bakery bread don't stick out of the top.

Slightly late with this. I've had a Morphy Richards see through toaster for about 6 years now

We've probably had our Magimix for 4-5 years now. For reviewing, I don't really mind how old things are, if they make life a bit easier. And you'd be surprised how many people don't know about glass toasters! Personally, I prefer the design of the Magimix to the Morphie Richards (www.morphyrichards.co.uk/redefine/kettleandtoaster/). I find that sticky-outy-bit along the bottom of the Morphie Richards looks a bit clumsy.

Yeah …. You didn’t actually show us the glass toaster in use. So I’m no wiser.

So I think you completely misunderstood the use of the world "pro" which is not the short form for "professional", rather than for "product really overdraw"which means that it's too much when you're talk off a "product" and the use of the word "magic", which you can see in "magimix" probably in the original language of the manufacture. So, you talk the whole time about pro on the cheap Toaster and not lost world about the magimix and therefore keep his magic. Done like a professional... Eh.. No... eh Forget it..🤷 Best regards from Germany...

@@arlo.guthrie That seems to be common.. *;-) No,.. Joking.. In a review of a Magimix Glass Toaster, i want to learn and experience a much as possible about the Magimix. That you compare that with a cheap toaster. Ok. That you add the typical british humor. Great. we in Germany love that. Monty Python was on of the biggest humor building things in my youth. But if you talk 20 Minutes about the plastic garbage and mention only by accidant the Glass Toaster, then there is room for enhancement.. ;-) But you made it in a sympathetic way.. So don't take that as offence. I wish you a very nice Christmas and stay healthy. Best regards Ralf
