That's amazing! What did you mix in with the resin for the colors? is this similar to when contractors do a similar pattern on the floor?

Resin tint for the colour and then whatever touches the cloth first is the colour it stays.

Hey, i am really interested in painting my surfboard but i have never done so before.i was wondering wether you could tell me what that sheet was you used to cover the board? and the type of paint you used ?.

GeorgieF54 that's not paint. It's resin pigment. He's fiberglassing a brand new board (onto the foam). The only proper way to paint/dye/color a board is before it's been glassed. Otherwise it's eventually going to chip and peel even with clear coat on top.

Yeah this is all done in tinted resin. The sheet is a layer of fiberglass cloth and what gives the board strength. You can paint a board after it has been finished but very difficult to get the same effects.

how many liters do you need for one side of the surf ?

Depends on length and design but around 1.6 for an 8ft board
