I just recently found your channel. I watch Citation Max all the time and you showed up in my suggested. I have thoroughly enjoyed your videos. Seeing you light up and smile huge whenever you get behind the yolk reminds me of my flying days. I learned to fly when I was 17/18 in a Cessna 150. There were days when I would get up before the sunrise on a clear summer day and head to the field to make sure that I could get airborne at dawn and I would fly 5-8 hours in a day. There is nothing like it. I hope you never lose your love for aviation and I certainly hope you realize your dream of becoming a humanitarian pilot. The world is a better place because of people like you! Best Wishes and Smooth Air!

That was an awesome Father's Day surprise. As the father of two girls, I can assure you there is nothing more rewarding that seeing your children mature into young adults, with hobbies and passions of their own. Seeing your daughter excel at something while truly enjoying it is one of the greatest moments a father can experience. Well done!

Two weeks after the fun I find your channel. As a kid, I hung out at the airport and hoped for rides. (Kids, do not try this anymore.) Got many and once I started to work I took lessons. Soloed a Cessna 150 before graduating high school or getting a driver's license. My "mind" absolutely loves flying... My heart has a bad valve and the "body" doesn't take well to "fun-Gs" so I'm grounded... Long ago when my two daughters were very young, I got sick on the "kids" rides at the amusement parks. I guess I better take the "Do acrobatics at an airshow" off my childhood bucket list. Going to explore your channel... Have fun and enjoy life... Remember, if at the end of the day you're not grinning ear-to-ear; you're doing it wrong!

Greatest flying in the world to me. To all those who love to fly gliders the place to do it is on the island of Oahu. Captain Bills glider rides at Dillingham airfield. You fly the ridges overlooking Pearl Harbor and you can fly out over the pacific. Amazing soaring on those ridges great lift.
My only glider flight was from Hilversum with a family member flying. Tow plane launch and no parachutes.

@@PilotBambi No, unfortunately I did not pay attention. It was in summer 1992 so quite a while ago! Since then said family have gone on to international gliding championships. I found gliding to be the purest form of flight I have experienced. No engine noise, just the creaking of the wings and the altimeter peeping high and low tones due to the vertical speed.

@PilotBambi
4 жыл бұрын
Glad you enjoyed all my video 😁 As club members we get to do unlimited winch launches throughout the year. Perfect way to practice many take-off's and landings. (it gets you up to about 400meter) On good thermal days you can manage to fly longer (my longest from the winch was 3,5 hours) Unfortunately we have a ceiling restriction of 1km due to the congested airspace...
