New for 2022 will be the Global Village Big Balloon, a massive helium balloon that can float to the height of a six-storey building (around 61m above the ground).
Alongside the new balloon, there will be a House of Fear site - complete with a haunted cemetery
One of the site’s most popular attractions - Ripley’s Believe It or Not! - is set to have more than 50 new exhibits, leaving it with 200-plus in total.
And if that’s not enough, it comes after the Road of Asia experience was confirmed.

What is Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum?
You better believe it. One of the strangest collections of natural, scientific, artistic and human oddities has made its home at Dubai’s Global Village. It is the first of its kind in the Middle East, where visitors can check out human and animal exhibitions, exotic items including authentic shrunken heads and skulls, mind-boggling visual illusions, and plenty of other weird and wonderful stuff. There are six themed galleries, and also a mirror maze to do battle with. The whole experience takes around an hour, so plan it into your trip to Global Village.
When is Global Village open?
Global Village Dubai is open Monday to Thursday from 4pm to midnight, and Friday to Sunday from 4pm to 1am. Tuesdays, except those that fall on public holidays, are reserved for families and women visitors.
