🧂 1 teaspoon of Salt

To prepare delicious churros you must follow these simple steps:
🟢 1-Heat the water in a pot and add the salt.
🟢 2-By boiling, lower the heat and add the gluten-free flour.
🟢 3-Mix everything vertiginously until everything is integrated.
🟢 4-When it takes off from the edges you remove it and place it on the work table and knead it until it's uniform.
🟢 5-Add the dough in the churrera and assemble the churros the size you like.
🟢 6-Preheat the oil to 180 degrees and fry the churros in batches.
🟢 7 - As they take color you must rotate them so they cook evenly.
🟢 8-Remove with clip or spatula and place on absorbent paper.
