Gluten Free Seed Crackers
We’re always looking for a gluten-free cracker and I found several different recipes online. I still wasn’t happy with them because I wanted to have some flax and chia seed in it so I just kinda played around with this recipe and this is what I came up with. I hope you enjoy it.
3/4 cup sunflower seed
3/4 cup pumpkin seed
1/2 cup tri seed from Walmart
1/2 cup sesame seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder,
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all these ingredients together
Then add
1 1/2 cups water
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and leave to soak for 10 to 15 minutes till all the water is soaked up then spread on a silicone mat, so they are at least close to half an inch thick depending on how much moisture is in the air. These will bake and dry 15 to 45 minute half at Thur spin the cookie sheet around for even baking keep checking, score into desirable size cracker. Just to make sure that these crackers are dry and don’t fall apart on you. Leave them on the counter overnight to dry out thoroughly on a cooling rack and store in a glass jar for up to one month. Enjoy 😊
