👉 INGREDIENTS:

For 15-20 tartlets:
75 g sorghum flour, or rice flour.
15 g chickpea flour
60 g corn starch
3 g salt
10 g sugar
60 g oil
30 g water
NOTE: depending on the moisture content of the flour used, it may absorb more or less liquid and the consistency of the dough may vary. If it is too dry and does not compact, add a little more water. If, on the other hand, it is still too soft after a few minutes, add a little more flour.
