Traditional glutinous rice kuih/Bee Koh, is a traditional sweet rice cake that serve by Hokkien community at Northern region of West Peninsula Malaysia. This unique delicacy are make with coconut milk and glutinous rice, where you only can find it at this region during Chinese New Year. Normally the local make this sweet rice cake for praying especially during Jade Emperor birthday on the 9th day of Chinese New Year.
传统的米糕是马来西亚半岛北部的福建人新年期间制作来拜神的甜糕点,尤其是年初九的天公诞,米高更是不可缺少的供品。以椰浆制作的米糕,带着浓浓的南洋风味,不但是当地人独有的特色糕点,也是一道美味可口的甜点。
Glutinous Rice 糯米 300g
Water 水 150ml
Sugar 糖 100g
Coconut Milk 椰浆 200ml
Salt 盐 1/4 tsp
Pandan Leaf 香兰叶 4
Banana Leaf 香蕉叶
