Today's my first pasta, so I tried to make menta cream pasta using my local soul food mentaiko in Fukuoka (^^)
By using the mentaiko karasumi, the flavor of mentaiko is further strengthened,
I think that the use of Parmigiano gives the scent and richness (^^)
However, the price of Mentaiko's karasu is quite good, so if you eat it every day, it will hit your wallet (^^;
But even I, a beginner of pasta, was able to make this much delicious, so I think that the pasta expert can make it more delicious ♪
