Just discovered your channel after returning from fishing LOP last week. Great job on your videos and very informative for those like myself who are new to crappie fishing. Thanks for all the good tips on fishing and what gear you use. I have subscribed and you now have me hooked like one of those LOP slabs!

I love blackened fish. I don't cook it often enough. The blackened seasoning, butter, and a hot griddle or black iron skillet are the keys. But...don't cook it inside the house if you don't have to. Another great video Charlie!
I cooked some just like you did them. I used an electric pancake griddle and it worked great. I got to tell u that until now I just didn't like crappie unless fried. They were terrific! Thanks for showing another way to cook delicious crappie

If you get a Blackstone I recommend drilling out the orifice to convert to natural gas like I did. I think it was 2mm but BLACKSTONE will tell you. Love mine

Thanks for sharing. Thought I would give a small fyi. We found on crappie you can reverse your knife behind the rib cage and get another "bite" of meat instead of 90 degreeing off. Doesn't really work for sauger or most any other species in this area. Thought I'd share no biggie. Thanks.

Pretty much factory settings but I clean up my screen by removing the grid marks, top&right side bar. I use the green screen& gain is 55-65 as water dictates. Also I don’t use auto depth. GO FISH🎣
