1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
350g Fish Fillets (seasoned with salt & washed)
½" Ginger
15 Garlic Cloves
1" Cinnamon Stick
6 Peppercorns
8 Cloves
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 cup Onion
Semolina (for coating)
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¼ cup Vinegar
1 Green Chilli
1 Tbsp. Coriander
Cooking Oil
2 pinches Salt
Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 35 mins
