12) Black Cardamom(badi elaichi)- 15gms or add 10gms black elaichi & 5gms green cardamom pods
13) Mace (javitri) - 20gms
14) Bay Leaves (tej patta) - 15gms
15) Coriander seed- 360gms

16) Dry Red Chillies- 500gms
17) Dry Turmeric- 130gms
You can also add goan rice about 70gms. Dry roast until it's color changes and turns aromatic on low flame.
