Thank you for the shoutouts Dave! Love how you took the 3d printed lamps and made them work like this. AWESOME! :) - Flickering LED's and Wirewrap tools are available from terraintronics. :)

Ive had this open in a tab for a couple of days now. I am taking a break from the hobby but in my time of crisis when i needed you most you were pumping out videos and it was perfect. I was reluctant to watch not because i dont like the videos but because they make me possibly address my pile of shame and get back into my "winter hobby". Seeing as this summer has been utter shite I took the dive and mate, its amazing as always. Now time to dust off the rattle cans.

Love these. Reminds me of the small terrain projects that GW used to show us in White Dwarf and various publications they've made over the years. One of the things I have missed most since they started their crusade to make everyone buy their plastic terrain kits. Please, make more stuff like this from time to time.

I love that "keep adding detail" is both world and character building here (Goblins use what they have and rarely will stop midway through to think about whether or not its working and whether to scrap this and start again) and also from a design standpoint (its hard to tell scale, but if it has nails the same size as the nails on a relatively standard door, even if they're smashed into some iron sheeting seemingly at random, you can tell how big this is to the goblins who made it.) my new mantras for getting into a goblin building mindset: Sunk cost fallacy life FOMO life Maximalism in stuff. Can it be sneaky?

As always great stuff! A detail from real folks, many Egyptian monuments have a these stone loops carved out about a meter off the ground, that were used to tie animal halters to. Just slip the rope in. I can see Goobos doing that as well. Or even tribesmen on old strong stone ruins.

I just got into AoS and my army of choice was Orruk Warclans; so this has been some perfectly timed & great inspiration for my Ironjaws! I also find using a bit of plasticard with the edges cut into a little bit makes for a great flat ramshackle piece of sheet metal. That little trick you showed for adding bolts and rivets will go perfect with that to look like sort of a makeshift, 'orky' barricade.
