3 medium apples.
The total weight of the apples is 440 g.
Peel apples.
Chop apples finely.
Put 40g sugar in a frying pan.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix everything together.
Add chopped apples.
Fry the apples in a frying pan until soft.
Wait for the liquid to evaporate.
Let the filling cool.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Stretch the dough ball with your hands.
Add 1 tablespoon of apple filling to the dough.
Seal the edge of the dough.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Beat 1 chicken egg.
Brush the rolls with beaten egg.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
