Try looking for ceramic kiln accessories. The parts used in ceramic firing is called furniture. The school I attended used Applied Ceramics out of Georgia, but they did large orders so as students we would buy in with the college what we needed on their order. I can't sort wether I like refined gold better than natural nugs. Probably if I could set dollars and cents aside I'd stay natural. Today was a good day to watch MBMMLLC and Emily Riedel. The Bering Sea Gold Pay Dirt with nuggets is really cool. Jason went to California and pulled rich ore then tried to process it but he keeps screwing up. Chris Ralph was pushing conjecture about gold values which I've learned here are quite different. Big gold day today, probably need to make Saturday my gold channel day. As for me I'm leaning towards creating food security foremost.

Have you considered doing a breakdown on ores? I can get you sulfides easy enough with about 8 oz/ton Au, and might also have some from a silver mine that was running aroun 200 opt Ag and 20 opt Au with lead copper and other stuff starting to replace the bases down lower. When we were recovering it, the strike of the chisel would break the sulfur and also strike against the iron to make 1" puffs of 'dragons breath' as we called it, ignited sulfur from the spark.

Abu Ghorab: Referred to as "palace of the goldsmith" in Egyptian locales. With seven chambers and top vent holes it is more likely a gold refinery. The impure gold was likely extracted from ore at the leach mining operation known today as the Giza Complex. The pyramids there were (most likely) HCl, H2SO4, and HNO3 synthesizers... high pressure, high temp containment vessels with chamber layouts oriented like we have today.

You can rinse more soluble metals out of the sludge with a couple small aliquots of hot DI water. If you added a table spoon, or so, of sodium persulfate to the collected gold sludge, before you ash it, it'll leave less carbon from the paper. Stir the ashes and then add another spoonful of sodium persulfate and it should be ash free after you roast it again, when you're done. Less residue to filter out/deal with. Taking the liquid out of the melt dish, with the eyedropper, should have you squirting the liquid right into the gold waste flask. You're selling again? I thought that you were done with that?
