Golden Coin Eggs Easy and Tasty
Boiled Egg - 3 Nos
Oil
Corn Flour
Garlic
Ginger
Green Chilli - 2 Nos
Onion - 1 No.
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tsp
Method:
1. Boil the eggs and cut them into slices.
2. Dust the egg slices with corn flour on both sides.
3. Take oil in a pan for frying. Place the coated egg slices in the pan and gently and then roast them until they are golden brown in colour on both the sides.
4. Take oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions and mix well.
5. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder and mix it all well.
6. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix it all well.
7. Gently mix it all well
9. Golden Coin Eggs are ready to be served hot and nice with some ketchup by the side.
