I just started running again. Im going to stick to my grassy fields. I love the concept of being more playful in your runs. Thank you so much! There is nothing better for my soul. This podcast helps me so much Rick love you!

This was my sign to start forcing myself to go barefoot again and wear my barefoot shoes when out. I started and was uncomfortable so I reverted. Guess I have to push myself.

Speaking of running, I would love to hear you interview Russ Cook, the first person to run the entire length of Africa.

This was great info. Really interesting interview. The only part i take exception to is, running with your phone? Don’t get that. Any of those devices emitting their EMFs. For me. Keep it clean. As you talk of grounding. Give your body a break from the electro smog. Natural fibre clothes. Natural world. Rebalance.

Is grounding "earthing" part of the barefoot benefit? It's said to help reduce inflammation.

Rick, it would be nice if you bring Jacob Collier to a convo.
