Kayla, I made this soup this afternoon and added some chopped chicken on top. I can’t even express how delicious it was. There was so much flavors! Even my husband who doesn’t like tumeric was impressed

This was so delish and comforting. It's definitely going into my repertoire. Thank you for all the hard work you put into these recipes. You make my life easier when trying to pull together meal plans for the week. Side note; I doubled the roasted veggies for an easy~peasy snack to nosh on. I roast them, then throughout the week I pop them in the air fry for a quick warm and crisp up.

Trying this tonight! Just bought all of the ingredients. I’ve been struggling with a seasonal asthma exacerbation and it’s been very difficult to find relief, even with medications. I figured it would be helpful to not only eat some warm soup, but anti-inflammatory soup at that! I’m excited to try it. Thanks for the recipe!

Made this tonight and it was so cute to hear my kids say “we want golden soup.” My husband said it tasted like “dinosaur barf.” He’s not a fan of puréed soups. More for me! I’m going to eat it as a starter to my meals for the next few days. Thanks Kayla.

hi! I just found your YT sight and im looking forward to your future recipes. I changed my diet a year ago to a low carb high protein due to stomach problems and the change has helped alot. i just ran out of ideas on what to make. im gonna start with your hamburger soup, looks good 🙂

I had bought all these ingredients the other day for different meals. I haven't been feeling too good the past couple of days and made this soup. It's not only delicious but it took away my sore throat and drained my sinuses. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

I’m new 🤗 and I feel very welcome and so excited at having access to such a wide variety of meals that will help me try and eat more suitably for my tummy issues. Thank you 🤗 PS do you know if a substitute for nuts? I suffer with diverticulosis and nuts and seed can aggravate it. I’ll happily leave it out if not 🥰

There’s many good ones out there.. just try to avoid ones with cheap fillers and lots of additives. I personally like these brands: organifi, Truvani, Four Sigmatic, and the Naked brand on Amazon.

Not sure you will see my question, my husband and I really like your videos. Done some of the recipes. We are 58. Desperately need to loose weight and meal prep to eat better. I work long and high stress job and long days. I have a J Pouch with a lot of inflammation in my colon.My husband is diabetic. Wants to get off the pills. He two want to loose weight also. My question is how do we just make those changes Hpw is the best way to make this happen. Seems overwhelming. What would you suggest. See want to challenge our self and eat all your meal preps for a month and see if we see results. Any advice.

Definitely want to make this however I am not a fan of nutmeg in savoury dishes. will it change the flavour dramatically if I leave it out or do you think it will still taste fine?

Since it already has a lot of different veggies in it, I’d start with the original recipe to see how they like it first ☺️ But, some others you could add in would be: leeks, zucchini, broccoli, parsnips, yellow squash, and beets
