This is an introduction to the Sluice Goose Industries GOLDROP pay dirt/gold separating processor. It is a unique devise to recover gold from any type of pay dirt based on the physics of Elutriation, a vertical water flow separates more dense matter from less dense matter, US Patent #10069197. Gold having a density of 19.3 gm/cm3 is much more dense than the dirt, 2-6 gm/cm3, the gold resides within. Washing 1/8" and less classified pay dirt in a completely water submerged environment does not allow gold to "float" away due to the absence of a water surface to carry away gold. What tiny gold does escape the GOLDROP by "goosing" the pay dirt up and out of the GOLDROP discharge is then captured by the Magnet Sluice filled with magnetite. As the GOLDROP discharges the process water from the trap, the tailings being ejected travel down the Magnet Sluice to the tailings bucket where the tiny flour gold particles sink into the magnetite like quicksand where they are trapped and held fast by the magnet base of the Magnet Sluice. Scraping the Sluice of the magnetite and captured mineral into the Gold Claw pan enables the Spin-It-Off to remove the magnetite cleanly and completely leaving only the captured mineral. A quick cleanup in the Gold Claw pan leaves behind the flour gold than even mercury cannot recover. The GOLDROP is operated using a 12 volt 1100GPH bilge pump power by a solar panel connected to a 12 volt motorcycle battery. Because all separation action uses only water, it is an environmentally and human friendly process that is simple to use and requires no harmful chemicals to recover gold from alluvial and hard rock ores. The water is not wasted as it recirculates from the pump drum through the GOLDROP discharged into a tailings drum and then gravity siphoned back to the pump drum in a closed loop water circuit. The GOLDROP can process a cubic yard manually fed classified pay dirt into the funnel per day.
