I feel my skills are improving with my short game however Im losing distance and accuracy while in hitting from the fairway. Im playing tomorrow and will use the 100 and 1 count along with the high to low advice you offered in a previous video. Stay tune ill let you know how I make out .. thanks I have a feeling this info is going to very helpful...

Danny many thanks for giving out such great advice, It gives me a great program of activity to work on during these dark days. I used to use 123 as my swing thoughts but after years of on off golf forgot its importance. I say it quitely so no one hears. First came across this idea in inner game of golf a long time ago and got to handicap 11. If you come to Ireland let me know, I owe you a pint.

FINALLY!!! I’ve been looking for “the right” video that teaches me how to generate lag. I know this video was intended to teach you not to rush but the second step just clicked with me. I went to my backyard, brought the club back with my right hand and did the left foot move to hang my wrist. From there I did the full swings and then made videos of my swing. It looked so good I had to hit the range to see if it helped me hit longer. Well, not only did I hit longer, I found my swing was more repeatable. Thanks Danny for taking the time to make these videos! 🏌🏿♂️

Oh. My. Goodness! This is the best instructional video I've ever watched! I've been hitting my irons horribly lately and shanking them off the toe consistently. Watched this tonight, drilled those three things without a ball for like 10 minutes, then proceeded to hit 20 balls into my net. Face powder showed 16 center strikes, 2 near the toe, and 2 towards the heel. Don't know distance as I'm hitting inside without a monitor, but it just feels SO GOOD! About to send this video to a couple people. This is golf gold! Thank you!

Danny I have been playing golf about 30 years or more and at one time I was a 7 handicap, but as I got older my game got very inconsistent, I have never been very flexible and as I got older I could not get off my back foot and was always swinging from the top. I bought videos from hank Haney and many other, this was going on for five years and I was up to a 12 handicap,I would practice on watch videos all the time and then I watched this video between the hundred and one and lifting the left foot (which I never did in my life) my whole game has been transformed,I am hitting ball so good and so far I was fitted for new irons last night and my pro could not believe the difference, so thank you ⛳️

I've only checked out three videos from Danny, and I must say, I learned a lot more from those three about small little details/nuances than from anyone else on KZitem. Example: I have always questioned "how should I grip my clubs? What are my hand positions? Should they be centered, or more lined up to the leading arm?" Or "exactly when do I shift my weight to the leading foot for irons? Why?" Danny has addressed all these questions in three videos I have watched. Thank you so much. Instant sub and likes.

Danny, very helpful for older players who get too static over the ball. Stay loose and practice keeping that looseness under control like you show in the video. I'm so much this guy you describe. I struggled the last couple of years with way too many swing thoughts causing wicked inconsistencies and at times hitting the ball all over the planet. After retirement I made it down to a 7 handicap. I felt I had to play to it every time I played and started trying to find ways of becoming more consistent. Read too many how to articles, watched too many videos searching for the answer. Now in my 70s I felt like giving up the game entirely as I'm Jeckyl and Hyde on the course. Really good holes then things go awry and I try to fix it with disastrous results. I just can't seem to step up and hit the damn ball with out multiple swing thoughts. Been watching your videos for a few months and am actually starting to make progress towards a consistent swings again.

Excellent Danny! It’s great the way your videos all link together to give slightly different perspectives on a fluid and powerful swing. I’m finding that if I start the weight shift for the downswing just marginally before I complete the backswing, my wrist cock increases which gives more effortless distance! One-hundred-and ONE seems like a really helpful focus for timing too.

Thank you so much for this video lesson Danny. I watched it and went down the range to put it into practice. I've struggled with snatching my downswing for ever and this has finally got me in a good place. It has even enabled me to hit fairway woods which I have been hopeless at. Finding that when rushing the downswing it also results in my swaying up off the ball and 'topping' it. Horrible. Well I hit 20 beauties straight in a row and it is only down to what you taught here. I could never have done that before. I know the golf course will be another level of challenge but I couldn't do this on the driving range before so there is definitely hope !

I am a frustrated 6 handicap that is struggling with consistent contact. After watching this video today I went to the range, pushed all of the other swing thoughts out of my mind, and just concentrated on the "one hundred AND one" mantra, shifting my weight to the front side before finishing the back swing. What a difference. I was hitting solid shots almost immediately with all clubs. The driver will take a bit more work, but I can't wait to try this out on the course, such a simple concept! Thanks so much!

Thank you Danny for great content! I’ve been playing about 18 months now and found your videos from the beginning. Finally gaining more consistency however, when I’m on the range (mats) my iron swings are fairly long and strait but when I’m on the course, I take a practice swing and it seems perfect but then my actual swing takes too much ground and I fat it horribly. I’m hoping this drill will help with that. Thanks again so much from the East coast US! Merry Christmas and a great new year!

Such a GREAT Communicator and Teacher! And I got Two for One out of this video... I see I wasn’t extending my trail leg in the backswing, and the inconsistency and mystery of weight shift and tempo replaced with an AWESOME template: One Hundred... AND (weight shift) One! That’s going in my golf bag for tomorrow’s golf!! Excited! THANKS for making golf more fun than it’s been in years!!

Another excellent video, Danny. I’m starting to get the feel of using the lead foot to start the backswing...now I need to work on minimizing sway in the upper body. Thanks for all you do!

It's like we played a round together....this lesson was so perfect for me. I have been hanging back on my right side and doing everything you described (casting early, flicking the club..) I can't wait to get to the golf course today and try this out. Thanks for the Christmas present Danny! A new swing for the New Year...

Danny, Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas holiday and Happy New Year. Your training video is one of the best I have seen in years and I have been playing golf for 25 years. I do a freeze on my backswing to regulate my tempo and it helps. I will be trying your one hundred and one timing and try to shift pressure on my lead foot halfway up on the backswing to store energy. Getting the timing correct is key and probably the challenge. I will keep trying to feel it and not be too mechanical. Thanks

Thanks once more Danny. I am one of those people who tend to rush the downswing which then creates it's own problems. Hoping you and the family are having a great Xmas. Take care and stay safe all of you and have a Happy New Year and hope that 2021 is a far better time. 😀🦘🦘

Awesome Danny, this video comes just after I realised that I'm now onto the next phase with you. First I was all about ball striking, I didn't care where the ball went, I just wanted to strike it well. Now you've got me doing that, it's time for club path, I've been pull/hooking (with the occasional draw) so now I'm using one of your earlier lessons about club path and that's going well. Once I've mastered that it's time to get to what you cover in this video, rhythm. I know I say it every time, but I just can't thank you enough, it still blows me away that my golf has improved simply by watching your videos, I'm so chuffed. My wife knows my love for you and often teases me about it, so yesterday she revealed she has bought me a lesson with you, I can't wait for all these restrictions to end and I can finally come and meet you and (hopefully) show you how you've improved my golf. Merry Christmas to you and the family Danny, I hope all your wishes and dreams are fulfilled in 2021. Cheers!
