Hello everyone!
I made the softest bread I ever made! I am so happy with the result. This bread has a total of 2 proofing. The first one is overnight in the refrigerator and the second one is 15 minutes just before baking. The result is amazing and I can say that it is healthier than most of the bread we are buying outside. This is not sweet and no eggs are used.
Another very good in this recipe is the addition of Moringa leaves. This is a popular bread in the Philippines however most of the ones sold are very sweet. I lowered the sugar of this one, just enough to feed the yeast. Thus after baking it you can barely taste the sugar. If you don't have Moringa leaves in your area, you can substitute it with basil or parsley. The kids can't even tell they are eating their greens! :D

● Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Moringa leaves/basil or parsley
- 110ml milk
- 70ml water
- 40g sugar (3tbsp)
- 3g yeast (1 tsp)
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 320g bread flour (2 and 1/8 cups)
- 35g butter (1/8 cup)
