TL;DR Please reconsider putting the new podcast behind First... I've been watching Rooster Teeth and AH since around 2011 and I get it, nothing lasts forever and Off topic ends with AH and that's perfectly fine. I stopped regularly watching the video game based AH content somewhere around in the middle of Sky Factory. I ended up having less time to watch the video game content from AH but always kept up with Off-topic, it was my only real way of keeping up to date with the current events of AH. I always enjoyed the chemistry, the banter, seeing jokes be born and eventually fade away, I enjoyed hearing what wacky stories that were told and in general shit that happened in some video or in and around their lives. The statements in and around the announcement that the new podcast is going behind First really rubbed me the wrong way. After close to eight years of Off-topic, the podcast is now going to be behind First. From what it sounded the new podcast behind First will be very much be like Off-topic is now, personal stories, current events, etc. Even if the Dogbark trailer was at supposedly fully on 100% which they said most videos wont be at, the content doesn't look to be for me. In the end, from next week onwards I'll just loose 100% of Michael, Alfredo, Joe and Trevor and that fucking sucks. I really hope you reconsider the choice of putting the new podcast behind First. Kind regards, from someone who isn't "supportive" enough.

i love the fact that they get to strip down the roster to just a few people and do what they want i hope it mostly stays that way.

I think Joe would have been totally in the right to say he feels like he can't be himself. The community's been pretty harsh toward new personalities coming to AH.

The Four brothers have decided to fly the coop and set out on their own while still remaining part of the family. Honestly, I'm really excited to see these guys go out and create freely what they want to. Michael one of the first talents of Achievement Hunter that shaped Achievement Hunter and the progression of rooster teeth. From rage quit to the big brother of Achievmet Hunter, to the oddball of Liveaction and podcast, Michael has been a constant nucleus for Achievment Hunter that has kept it centered. Trevor a member of the second generation Lads, who had to overcome a lot of adversity as a new face especially after oldfaces began to wane. Trevor became a wacky idea man who brings joy, entertainment, inquiry and innovation into each project he involves himself in. Alfredo a member of Achievement Hunter who is hard to place, it feels like he's been around for ever, but also like he's a new addition. A wildcard, a mastermind, a fresh perspective, for a while when I checked to see in my busy schedule which video I wanted to watch when I got a break his face would be the first I'd look for, A dynamic that fits so well with every member of the rooster teeth family. Then there is Joe, the young blood, the youngest brother, and newest face, and honestly, the quickest accepted cast member of Achievement Hunter since the original cast. Joe is a bit like an amalgamation of the other three with a younger more reckless perspective. It's been great seeing how he soared in Achievement Hunter to stand toe to toe with the members who have been there for years. Each one of you brings something great in their own right and have each been my favourite at different stages in my life, but it is together that you guys shine and bring perfect entertainment. I've been along for the ride of Achievement Hunter since I was 14 and Rt as a whole since I was 9 and I'm excited to see where you all go. Thanks for Achievment Hunter I'm looking forward to Dogbark.

A shame that Dog Bark was a failure and didn’t even last 6 months. The silver lining is that thanks to dog bark we know have regulation gaming which is really good.

Welp, definitely another sign of the end of Rooster Teeth. They couldn't figure out how to resurrect the Rooster Teeth channel, so they created SquadTeamForce, which was completely directionless, and had no idea what it wanted to be, so it failed. They couldn't figure out how to resurrect this channel, so now they're gonna do the same thing. Stop making aimless channels with no identity or relevance. That's the ENTIRE problem. People stopped caring about watching Let's Play's and gathering achievements. People want conflict now. People want para-social relationships now. If ya'll made your own individual channels, so that people could connect and relate to you as individuals, then you just appear in each others videos whenever you want (or it makes sense), it would probably have a much higher chance of success. I just hate seeing such talented and funny people being guided by a company that's so out of touch with their audience.

I’ve been a fan of AH and RT for a long time, ever since the first AH minecraft let’s play and I dabbled RT with RvB even before that. I know there’s a lot of AH hate going around recently and a lot for AH as well and I just kind of wanted to vent my thoughts about dogbark as a whole. I still love a lot of RT content and I still sub to AH and let’s play too. I think that as they’ve grown their content has become a lot more varied and I understand that not everything RT is for every fan nowadays. I don’t think that's a problem though, necessarily, because it allows for a much wider audience. Where before I would watch every single video from RT and see the same dozen or so people and the same comedic style in every upload there is now a bunch of different types of humor video styles within the RT brand. So even if I can’t click any RT video and love it immediately, there are still always the ones that really hit home that I love. I think the original RT style is still in a lot of videos, there are just more styles also, enough that most people won’t love every single upload that comes out. When it comes to dogbark though I have so much faith in Michael, Trevor, Joe, and Alfredo to make incredible content that I can’t wait to see what they bring out next. I mostly started watching AH because I liked RT humor but with a more videogame-centric concept but I’m going into dogbark because I like AH so much that I don’t care if the content is videogame-centric, I still want to watch it.

AH has always been that content that reminded me of how fun it is to play games with friends. Sad its ending but I feel like I've felt this coming since 2020. Good luck to the AH boys

12:28 I mean but with One Piece you can just stop watching everything else and get more out of it than random others series. I mean also the live action is right there.

Like many people, I’ve been following AH for years (coming up on 8 years). I knew it couldn’t and wouldn’t go on forever. As sad as that may be, I’m happy that these guys found something to be passionate about that makes them so happy, I can’t begrudge them that. Thank you for all the joy Achievement Hunter, my heart was yours until the very end! 💚 Excited to see what you have at Dog Bark ❤
