I will keep my regular Pixel 9 for another 4-5 years. (upgraded from Pixel 6A)

It was only in that that he recognised his criminality, only in the fact that he had been unsuccessful and had confessed it.

d what comfort was it to him that at the end of eight years he would only be thirty-two and able to begin a new life! What had he to live for? What had he to look forward to? Why should he strive? To live in order to exist?

Mere existence had always been too little for him; he had always wanted more. Perhaps it was just because of the strength of his desires that he had thought himself a man to whom more was permissible than to others.

Hope you feel better now. If you can't use the phone 'cause of the screen, it's pretty useless now :(

It's PWM, not PMW. iPhone OLED displays flicker at the same frequency as the Pixels (~240Hz). Probably something else causing you eye-strain and headaches e.g. color, blue light, or the brightness level, DPI or resolution. The Galaxy S24 series flicker at 480Hz, in theory should be less noticeable. The low frequency flickering is one of the main downsides of OLEDs. As an aside, you should not be using text messages/SMS and emails for OTP.

Yes, you are correct. Since I don't do second retakes, I didn't correct it. My second surgery was PRK, as I misspoken on it. On a 2nd side not some banks and other places only use email or text as OTP, so that is your only option. So you live with what you got.

One other comment I will make, since you seem pretty technical, Is, as you know, not all screens are made equal. I did go back a few days after headaches disappeared, started using the Pixel 9 Pro XL again, and after 330-45 minutes headache came back. So my problem is isolated to the phone, whether it's from being brighter, color variances, etc.

@@60Grit Yep, totally agree. Your health and comfort should be top priority. No point in using the Pixel if it's not working for you. I haven't used a Pixel in a long time and am not sure if it supports these functions, but you could experiment with switching and adjusting color spaces, warmth, adaptive contrast, minimum and maximum adaptive brightness, etc. One thing I miss on android is the true tone function on my ipad.
