TJ Perenara is one of the reasons to root for the AB. It is so honorary to see such a cultural transmission of respect that leaves everyone speechless. This is the All Blacks' first game since last year's World Cup and the debut match under their new head coach. The team has only been training together for two weeks. Additionally, England has already played a handful of games before facing the All Blacks. So there's a differences in there. England was a solid team tonight. They should have beaten the ABS very closely. But they didn't. Think about it!

I enjoy the Haka but this should not be allowed, imo. ABs can do it before or after the match but they should only be allowed to shout at the other team if the other side has a similar response. Giving the kiwis a psychological advantage in the name of ‘culture’ is not fair. Every match should start on a level playing field.

Ah...NZ playing against their Colonial Masters...brings a tear to the eye. The NZ haka really represents and glorifies the British Flag and hence their Rugby is a tribute to their Colonial Masters in every sense of the word. After all, the English invented the sport of Rugby, giving NZ the chance to become civilized in its glory. One might say New Zealand has Stockholm Syndrome but with more tackles and fewer tea breaks. They've taken the colonial gift of rugby and turned it into a national obsession, complete with a pre-game haka intended to strike fear into the hearts of their former rulers. It's the ultimate "thanks, but no thanks" to British imperialism - delivered with a bone-crunching tackle and a cheeky grin.
