I’m on my school’s volleyball team but I’m hella short and some days I’m just off and can’t do anything. My team is great but I’m trying to improve my skill like technique, receives, and spiking. These videos help me to figure out what to do in different situation’s and is a great example of what do in games if I’m in a tight situation.

just don't get mad when you have off days. it happens to me too and it's really normal, the best you can do is just ignore it and try to learn the most of that practice or match. what i used to do was to observe other players with better technique than me and study them, because i could just not try to improve my own technique on that exact moment cuz i was playing like shit

Japan is a lot more clean and safe. You can walk around at 3 am through random alleys and won't have a problem. The culture is very interesting and there are a lot of beautiful locations. question for anyone who wants to answer. in volleyball do the players go to position in the beginning of the set? because ive seen some middle blockers start where the opposing teams setter is and some setters start in section 1 of the court and move to the middle. its just a bit confusing to me lol. love your videos!

might be wrong but i’ll try to help you! all players must be in their own spot where their coach has put them. for example each player needs to be in each zone/section, and if for example a player in back row and is above the 10 foot line while their team is serving, the ref may notice and the opposing team will get a point for the other team being “out of rotation”. so basically, yes the players first stay in their desired positions and after their team or their opponents serves they can freely go any place they want. sorry if it doesnt make sense im known for being terrible at explaining but ask me a question and i will answer u back if you’d like :))
