INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook the pasta in well salted wat
2. Fry the bacon and season with pepper.
3. Add 2 sliced garlic and chili to the bacon.
4. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter
5. Add about 1 dl of frozen peas
6. Add 2 tablespoons of butter
7. Add chives, parsley and basil and a splash of vegetable stock to the pan
8. If you want, according to Ramsay, you can add salt at the end here. I didn't do it myself.
9. Finish the sauce by adding another 2 tablespoons of butter, 2-3 scoops of pasta cooking water, grated lemon peel and lemon juice and mix
10. Gradually add the cooked pasta while mixing.
11. Finally, remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped Cosmopolitan salad
12. Serve with chili flakes and parmesan
