No need to worry about your English. I've watched several videos of Minimaliste tiny houses, and you're a great presenter. You're clear and concise, but friendly, and you add touches of humor. I can always understand what you're saying, and your accent has a lot of unique character that actually makes your videos better and more interesting than if they were narrated by someone who spoke like an English-speaking newscaster or weatherman.

very nice! As an older adult, I am always aware of non-loft bedroom options! I love that the bed area is enclosed, but not so tiny that you suffocate, and still flows to the rest of the house when the door's opened.I like the lofts for grandkids' sleeping and play area. I do wish for a different type of ladder, however- maybe something more like a step ladder, that can extend outward when in use and have a little more angle to it-but flatten against the wall when not in use.. Finally, a lift-up table with a stationary connected shelf! I work at home on the laptop, and wouldn't want to always put it away to place the table in down position.Maybe add some shelving under the ledge that can be accessed from the sides whether table is up or down. Perfect use of the wheel well....also the couch placement- ingenious!!! The steps/drawers are a perfect way to support the bed when pulled out, extra storage, and can be used as extra seating for the grands-- or a bed at night for the Great Dane! :) I agree with the homeowner- stacked washer/dryer is the only way to go. It looks right in place where you placed it. Other than the ladder, the only other thing I would change is to have more windows in the main area- transom windows would look nice and let in light as well as make the space look taller. It is a well thought out floor plan and design- well done!!
