If you are stomachless then you are familiar with ‘The Snack Bag’. Without a stomach it is important for us to emulate the stomachs job by slowly releasing food into our small intestines. If we eat too much at one time we will most likely not absorb the nutrients from the food we eat and we could possibly feel ill due to overwhelming our digestive system. We need the garden hose, mouth to small intestines, to be at a small trickle - not at pressure washing status. The Snack Bag is a great way to remind yourself that you need to eat, while providing small simple snacks that your body can and will digest/absorb. I’m constantly switching up the contents of my snack bag as to not provoke boredom or lack of eating. My current go to snacks are: Hard boiled eggs.
