Hi! "Isolabella" is not an actual name for people in Italy. It's the name we use referring to an island in Italy (being that "isola" means island and "bella" means beautiful), but it should be "Isola Bella". Thought I'd let u know! (Ps I love how unique the names in this video are 💕)

Woah! So weird to see my name (Mallory) on one of your lists, its crazy! Most people don't pick it because as you mentioned the meaning is unhappy or sometimes even unlucky. But my mom picked it because she read in a baby name book that when taken from Old French it can mean "to be mailed" in reference to a Knight's armour. Her maiden name was Knight and also my father (and therefore our last name) is French so she thought it fit perfectly. Unfortunately, in the 90s they didn't have people like SJ to guide them lol so she never knew the other meaning. But I actually quite like my name and would never change it regardless of it's meaning. My middle name is French as well (Rachelle) and I think it all goes well together.

As a Scorpio, I feel connected to this particular genre of names haha. Some that I feel like could fit in as well are: • Corvus: a boy’s name derived from Latin meaning ‘raven.’ • Corvina: the feminine version of Corvus meaning ‘raven-haired.’ •Lykos: a boy’s name which I believe is Greek meaning ‘wolf.’ • Minerva or Nerva for short: a girl’s name from Latin I believe meaning ‘the mind.’ Also, the best professor at Hogwarts. • Octavian: a boy’s name of Latin origin meaning eighth. Scorpio is the eighth sign of the zodiac which is typically associated with the darker, more melancholy side of things. Happy Scorpio Season All ✨🖤

Hi SJ!! I just wanted to tell you about my name because I think it’s pretty unique yet simple and I’ve never met anyone else with my name where it’s spelled & pronounced the same way. As you can tell, my name is “Lyssa”. It’s pronounced exactly like “Alyssa” just without the “A” in the beginning. It’s NOT pronounced like “Lisa” (Lee-Suh). It’s pronounced like “Li-suh”. It’s so frustrating because so often people pronounce it wrong. Most of the time people call me “Alyssa” or “Lisa”. So just beware if anyone uses it that it’s going to be constantly mispronounced. Anyways, I think it means “the goddess of rabies” in Greek, lol? My mom got it from a book when she was pregnant with me. Anyways, I’ve always loved my name, even though it’s constantly butchered. It’s so simple yet so many people mispronounce and misspell it 😣😣 but you said you loved L names so here’s another one if you haven’t already heard it!!

Love watching your videos SJ. I actually need some baby name advice. My husband, and I are trying to agree on The full name for a second little girl. Our firstborn daughter's name is Eliza Willow Jane. it's important for us to have two middle names for all of our kids. Jane was my grandmother's name, but my husband doesn't have any family members, and I don't have any that I want to pay tribute to anymore. Now my daughter's first middle name Willow was where my husband and I got married under a willow tree. The song that played in our wedding was Clair De Lune. We like the first name Lydia, And as far as her middle names my husband would like to use the name of the song. I myself like Luna, so we were talking about naming her Lydia Clair (Deluna or DeLuna) would one spelling work better than the other, or is this name just two out there altogether?

Asteroth has a few variant spellings but is largely considered a demon name by Christianity and is actually the name of a far more ancient name of a goddess of fertility so it would also be a good nature or ancient history themed name. Asteroth was the hebrew equivalent of the goddess Astarte. It's variants include but may not be limited to Astheroth, Astaroth, Ashtaroth, Astaroth, Astharoth, Ataroth, Ashtoreth. Names that rhyme or are similar to Ashtaroth are Beeroth, Bopharoth, Eroth, Froth, Gederoth, Hazeroth, Indroth, Astarte, Asta, Astaysha, Astarinel, Astar, Astamaria and Astacos. It's etymology and meaning seem a bit complicated.

I feel like this is way too specific for you but I would love a video on Egyptian names. I'm Coptic, so I'm trying to find Coptic or even generally Egyptian names, but most Egyptian names nowadays are of Arabic origin. Arabic names is kind of how Muslims differentiate themselves from Christians in Egypt, so most Christian Egyptians are now opting for more westernized names. Our ancestors were forced to speak Arabic and give up our Coptic language and traditions so I hope to give my kids Egyptian names, ideally Coptic, and stay true to my heritage while avoiding Arabic names
