I grew up with this game! Played hundreds of hours at our cottage every summer. This video just brought back core memories, the sounds are still in my head. Thank you!

Thanks for the video, almost 10 years ago. WOW. Pop A Card and Drop A Card would have been "perfect" if Ed Krynski had included inlanes (return lanes) so you could catch the ball and then aim for the targets. The slingshots too often send the ball to the out lanes or interfere with any chance to catch the ball, which is always harder with 2" flippers. It is a good game, but could have been better. Drop target games became more fun with the introduction of 3" flippers. Wonder where this game is now?

You're welcome! Yes inlanes would have been good. As I type this, Pop·A·Card is right next to me. I still have it!

Just bought a nice example of this game. Great game and this table makes you "play pinball" and use pinball skills. These ramp game modern pinball guys have no idea what a real pinball machine is.

@HaikuAutomation I didn't forget your suggestion. I don't think I replaced the coil stops when I shopped this game. So I bought some recently when I had to order some other parts. At first, they made no difference. Then I moved the coils around in different positions to get the least hum before tightening the screws. The flippers are quieter now. Thanks.

@robertlaverdure60 This is an "add-a-ball" game. I got 5 balls to start, one for passing 20,000 points, one for passing 40,000 points and one for hitting a lit stand up target.

What have you done to it since you got it? You might need to rebuild the flippers with parts from The Pinball Resource. Replace the coil sleeves in the pop bumpers and sling shot kickers. Adjust the contacts on the pop bumpers and sling shots so they are close and responsive, but not so close that they fire when they shouldn't. Clean the playfield with Novus 2, if needed. Then wax it with carnuba wax. Replace the rubber if needed. You could also raise the back legs a little, if your playfield isn't sloped quite steep enough.

I am trying to recall a game from about this same era, but it seems like it had a number of horseshoe drop targets, does that sound familiar?

I don't know. Fast Draw has two horseshoe drop targets and eight cowboy drop targets.

Your coil stops are mushroomed out, spend a few bucks on them and replace. Its a no brainer, and your 60hz hum will go away as if it was never there.
