2 to 3 tablespoons flour
Heavy cream 2 cups
Half and half 2 cups ( or you can substitute for milk )
Half a stick of butter
Sharp cheddar 16 oz (half for sauce)
Mild cheddar 16 oz (half for sauce)
Monterey Jack 8 oz (half for sauce)
Gouda 8 oz( half for sauce)
Fontina 4 oz
Mozzarella 16 oz (half for sauce)
Velvetta 16 oz ( all for sauce)
1/4 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
1/4 teaspoon of garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 cup of Sour Cream
1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon (for boiling water)
Parsley
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
