I hiked the GR58, a famous 130 km loop around the Queyras, in the Southern French Alps, on the last week of September 2022, solo and unsupported.
I had initially planned to do it in 5 days, but an extra day was needed to complete the loop.
This was an amazing adventure, very challenging at time due to a heavy bag and difficult weather conditions, but the landscapes and overall experience were well worth it.
The physical challenge was so great that I lost 3 kg during this hike,
I tracked my hike with an app: visorando. The sum of the 6 days ended up being 110 km, but I have frequently experienced that visorando gives distances around 20% below the real trail.
*I have corrected the distance for each day with the ratio 130/110, which explains the discrepancy between what I say and the annotation at the end of each day.
